Yesterday, I replaced the Sim card at a local shop. November 30th 2014: I was having issues similar to this post, TL DR: Since the latest AT&T OTA update (4.4.4, build NJ4), my Galaxy S4 has been giving the "Sim Card Removed, must restart" error message with increasing frequency.
